Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of your wish to return or exchange it.

Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Personalized or custom-made items are neither returned nor exchanged (except in the case of manufacturing defects)

Returns must be sent at your expense to the address provided after validation.

Send an email to

contact@patte-de-luxe.fr with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will send you the return address and instructions.

Once the product has been received and checked, we will proceed:

to a refund (within 14 days)

or to an exchange, according to your choice

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Initial delivery charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
